Tell us what happened
Include your account email, the coach or plan involved, and a description of the problem. For a billing issue, include the charge date and amount. Never send your password, complete card number, or identity documents.
You can also use Report Issue in the app’s Settings. Blocking someone stops communication; it does not cancel a subscription.
Privacy and account deletion
Start account deletion in Settings, or contact us about access, correction, export, guardian consent, or deletion. We may need to verify your request. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Koach is not an emergency service. Contact emergency services for immediate danger.
